Achigo Merchant Agreement
Active Partner Terms · 2026Legally binding agreement governing direct UPI payouts, order fulfilment, and counter governance.
Agreement Sections
This Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between the registering print station entity (“Merchant”, “Shop Partner”) and Achigo by SaaSfyro (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”). Operating on the Achigo Partner Network constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Shop Operations & Service Fulfilment
1.1 Duty to Fulfil Accepted Orders
Once a customer submits a valid payment reference and the operator clicks “Accept” on the Execution Wall, the shop enters a binding commitment to prepare the prints according to the exact file-level specifications. Unexcused failure to process an accepted job constitutes an operational violation.
1.2 Counter Capacity Management (“The Pause Rule”)
When the physical station is closed for lunch, operating at maximum machine volume, or undergoing paper reloads, the operator must immediately toggle station capacity to “Paused / Closed” via the Dashboard. Rejecting incoming orders during unpaused off-hours will negatively impact your station trust index.
1.3 Account Deactivation & Order Clearance
To withdraw a station from the network, the shop must complete or resolve all outstanding accepted and printing orders before deactivation is granted. Abandoning active paid orders is strictly prohibited.
KYC Verification & Zero Tolerance for Fraud
2.1 Business & Station KYC
All participating stations must provide valid owner identification and shop registration documents (GSTIN, Shop Act, or College Permission Letter). These records are held securely for platform compliance.
2.2 Absconding & Unauthorized Non-Delivery
If a station receives customer UPI payments and fails to deliver the physical prints without issuing a direct refund, Achigo reserves the right to immediately suspend station access and supply verified KYC data to campus authorities and law enforcement for dispute resolution.
Direct UPI P2P Architecture & Zero Shop Commission
3.1 Direct Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Settlements
Achigo operates on a Direct P2P Settlementmodel. Student payments are transferred directly from the customer's UPI app to your configured Shop UPI ID. Achigo does not hold or delay student print funds in escrow.
Strict Merchant Responsibility: Accurate UPI ID
The shop owner bears sole responsibility for maintaining a 100% accurate, active UPI ID in Station Settings. Achigo is not liable for transactions routed to an incorrect third-party account due to merchant typographical errors.
3.3 Zero Commission on Print Subtotal
Achigo does not deduct any commission or percentage fee from your shop printing price. Platform fees are billed directly to the customer wallet, ensuring your station retains 100% of its printing margins.
Cancellation & Manual UPI Refund Policy
Because student payments reach your UPI account directly, the shop operator executes manual refunds for approved cancellations via the Refunds Desk:
100% Full Student Refund
If cancelled before acceptance within 10 minutes, the full print amount is refunded directly to the student UPI ID.
7% Shop Paper Compensation
If the job is already accepted or printed, the shop retains 7% to cover paper and ink costs, refunding the remaining 93%.
Content Liability, Copyright & Indemnification
5.1 File Contents & Third-Party Materials
Achigo is a technology conduit connecting student devices to your station printers. Achigo does not inspect or censor PDF documents. Operators must ensure physical output complies with applicable Indian copyright and campus regulations.
5.2 Platform Indemnification
The merchant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Achigo and SaaSfyro against any local claims or disputes arising from on-premise print defect disputes, uncollected document physical loss, or incorrect customer counter interactions.
